Rehabilitative Exercise

Your care doesn’t end when you leave your appointment—it continues through the healthy habits we help you build into your lifestyle. One of the most impactful of these is targeted exercise.

Chiropractic adjustments help to modulate pain, improve nervous system function, and restore mobility. These benefits can be significantly enhanced when combined with a structured exercise program. Research consistently shows that integrating exercise alongside chiropractic care leads to better outcomes than chiropractic treatment alone.

Rehabilitative exercise plays a key role in injury recovery and long-term wellness. We’ll guide you through a personalised plan tailored to your current needs and abilities. Our goal is to ensure the exercises are practical and accessible—most can be done in the comfort of your home without the need for special equipment or taking too much time.

Each movement is carefully selected to complement your treatment plan. Whether it’s targeted strengthening, specific stretches, or mobility work, adhering to these exercises is crucial to maximising the effectiveness of your chiropractic care.
